Dr. Bly is a Board Certified General surgeon. He is a graduate of Ross University Medical School in Portsmouth, Dominica, receiving his general surgery training at Western Michigan University in Kalamazoo, Michigan.
Dr. Bly is a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons, a position that requires devotion to surgical practice and uncompromising adherence to the ethical standards of the College. Fellows must have graduated from a medical school accepted by the College, be certified by the American Board of Medical Specialty, hold an unrestricted medical license to practice, and be a specialist in surgery. This designation means that Dr. Bly’s education, training, surgical aptitude, professional experience and ethical conduct have passed a thorough evaluation and are consistent with the high standards expected of Fellows by the College. In his free time, Dr. Bly enjoys tennis, running and reading. A Wisconsin native, Dr. Bly is a die-hard Packers fan.
